¿Puedo contratar a cualquiera para que me grabe un video con dron?
¿Me pueden multar a mí por culpa de ese video ilegal?
La respuesta es clara. Si tienes un video con dron publicado en tu página web o redes sociales TÚ eres el responsable de ese video y por lo tanto tu eres el responsable de haberle pedido a esa persona que contrataste todos los permisos adecuados para poder hacer legalmente ese video.
Son muchas las personas que a día de hoy tienen un dron pero si quieres grabar videos de manera profesional para que lo puedan utilizar empresas para lo que sea, debes cumplir con todos los requisitos.
Estos requisitos pasan porque la persona que graba esos videos sea:
- Piloto certificado por AESA «Agencia Estatal de Seguridad Aérea»
- Operador dado de alta en AESA
- Certificado médico en vigor
- Seguro de la aeronave

Por lo tanto y te puede pasar perfectamente ya que hemos visto muchos casos, que tu video sea sancionado. Y la responsabilidad recae también sobre ti que eres la persona/empresa que lo tienes publicado.
Las sanciones son:
Leves: Aquellas que se generan por un uso inapropiado pero no han causado daños físicos o materiales, o bien por no ser un operador habilitado y sobrevolar zonas no permitidas. En estos casos la sanción puede llegar hasta 45.000 euros.
Graves: Aquellas motivadas por lesiones graves causadas por el vuelo con dron. Como, por ejemplo, daños y perjuicios a bienes materiales y derechos. Las cuales acarrearían multas de entre 45.001 a 90.000 euros.
Muy graves: Infracciones donde se han ocasionado muertes o accidentes aéreos con daños a bienes superiores a 15.000 euros. En estos casos el importe de multa máxima va entre los 90.001 hasta los 225.000 euros.
